• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, Premier League for EPL matches, UFC for fight results).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mega63 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain any competitive advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting any software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploitation discovered must be reported to mega63 immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on the mega63 Platform — including but not limited to the mega63 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, images, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mega63 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mega63 Platform without prior written authorisation from mega63. Unauthorised use of mega63's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The mega63 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mega63 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
• mega63 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to losses of profits, gaming winnings, data, or goodwill.
• In no event shall mega63's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their mega63 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• mega63 does not accept liability for any disruption to service caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, third-party payment processors, or any circumstances beyond mega63's reasonable control (force majeure).

mega63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against mega63 via a payment provider.
• Duplicate account creation or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• A credible concern for the User's wellbeing relating to problem gambling behaviour.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, mega63 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account balance where those funds are reasonably linked to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting mega63's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
